Do not use to this cheap company to sell your property. It is so difficult to get any information from them. Called then up three times, emailed them asking for details about a property they have listed and they don't have a clue. They hardly speak English and don't have a clue how the UK property market works..

One of the best in Business...

Komal was excellent through out the process, always communicating and keeping in mind that this had been a family home for years.I would have no hesitation in recommending Komal in selling a property. If I had another property to sell I would use 99home again.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Agents were always accessible over the phone and very attentive. Akash Kariya helped me get set up, and Anil Sharma helped me with sales. Not a bad word to say about either of them.

Brilliant company

After a number of frustrating attempts to market my property with a few high street estate agents my experience totally changed after using 99home. I will never look back. From the start everything was easy and transparent. The value for money from this company is fantastic. As long as you are comfortable overseeing the viewings of your own home you are on a winner. Everyone in the team is very helpful and honest, it feels as if you are part of the family. However, I can’t praise Mr Anil Sharma enough, a total super star! Super efficient and always willing to help no matter what. Brilliant in his job and makes it happen. I would recommend to everyone the service of this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Brilliant service from 99home and Anil. We used the selling portal today and uploaded our own details to the site. In addition to the standard service we have selected Rightmove at an additional cost. With reasonable fees and a speedy service from Anil we were on Rightmove within an hour.
