My experience has been superb with 99homes. I was mainly talking with Vijay and Pooja.Both of them were Professional as well friendly at the same time and has made sure that all my queries related to rent managemnt and compliance are clear and they ensured to get a good tenant asap. Their communication are much better compared to other letting agencies, so I would highly recomend them for property management.

GoogleOnly used the company for less than 6 months and my experience so far as not been great. Communication has been poor. There are other companies I will try in future to see if they provide a better service. The customer service is what lets this company down.

I went through 99 homes to rent my property in Coventry this will be my third time using 99 homes. Found the cost and charges reasonable and when adding in the reference cost of £40 for each party to the property still worked out really great value My contact was Anjali shah meant she kept me informed throughout the process and found her manner really good to deal with. I will use them again for sure

It did what it said on the tin. Listed my house on all the major webb sites. I paid the extra for photos and plan, well worth it. I selected the lower price package. Myself conducting the viewings and negotiations I did not find this a problem. Infact when a buyer was found I feel it helped keeping in contact directly. I would use them again

Having worked with 99 Home before, we did not hesitate to use them again during our recent house sale. Thanks to our personal agent, Anil, we had an offer accepted within 3 days of publishing our ad. Then, with further help from him, the memorandum of sale was sorted in lightning time. This allowed us to move fast to secure our new property very quickly. Not only is 99 Home a great service, the effectiveness of people like Anil, dedicated to their clients, gave us an edge in a competitive market. During uncertain times in the UK, a service like this is a godsend. Next time we move home, it will be another 99 sale.

I looked around the property management market and I ended up choosing 99homes. That's because it had the best deal among all of them. I'm personally stingy when it comes to money so I was extra happy when I was getting a high quality service for one of the lowest price in the market. They have no hidden costs so far which was the most irritating thing for my previous estate management agencies I had dealings with. I have nothing to critique them for, they went above and beyond for the quslity of services I expected of them and I'd recommend anyone who wants to rent a property to deal with them . 20/10

Suzie, Naresh and Swati all been excellent. Much better system than traditional agents as you're in direct contact with the buyer from the get-go. So much nicer being able to check people are coming for viewings unlike the time wasted with the likes of F&C who say they will but don't! Looks like we have now sold two houses through 99Home

I paid to have accompanied viewings as a single female selling my home. I only had a few enquiries, I always had to chase 99 Homes to remind them they THEY had to arrange the viewing and as a result I did not get even one viewing. I would not waste my money again and went back to using standard agents.

We had a few viewings and we emailed/called you a few times to arrange the viewings but most of the time you were not comfortable with viewing times. Here is what you have told us. _____I refer to my email this morning. I am unable to allow people in my home without my attendance as the dogs would not accept strangers and people would be at risk. I am working on Friday and do not have any Friday’s free until mid March._____We think we tried our best to support you but apologies for any inconvenience you had from 99home.
