Naresh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to sell my property with 99House (sadly the elderly relative I was researching for has decided not to listen to me so I can't comment beyond the initial stages but I would use these guys to sell my house!).

Mr. Moroney signed up as "Phil Murray" with 99home Ltd. Listed a property which is currently with "Auction House" (one of the 99home competitors) Mr. Moroney is not the property owner so he failed to provide AML and ownership documents. Knowing the fact that you can list a property with 99home only if you are the property owner or have authority but seems like Mr. Moroney has some other intention and failed all compliance checks. 56-year-old, Mr. Moroney knows that he is doing wrong, instead of resolving the matter peacefully and complying with the legal requirements, he started with discriminatory remarks and threatening the 99home team. Here is what he has written: As you have not refunded me, I am going to ask my entire office to give you bad reviews on Google and trust pilot. I notice you keep saying my reviews on trust pilot aren’t real. Mr. Moroney wrote his Trustpilot review as Andy Linton and a few reviews on Goggle with different names. This is a shame Mr. Moroney, a well-educated and, professional doing this kind of fraud activity. 99home will be reporting Mr. Moroney suspicious activity to the HMRC and NCA. GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. Very unhelpful on the phone and was hung up on several times, barely did their job whilst our property was up for sale. And now have had messages regarding viewings from buyers 2 years after property has sold! No response to my email highlighting this yet.

Everything was easy from start to finish, with enquiries coming in as soon as our add went live, and offer accept after 8days. Easy to change or update photos, edit text in our advert and we could even put a 360° virtual tour on 99Home site which everybody loved.
