Trustpilot99home provides excellent value!!!
99home provides excellent value for money in London, and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. I have been using their services for almost 3 years, across 2 tenants, and they have been reliable and supportive. Smita in particular is very diligent and helpful, and her response time is very good. They may not have all the bells and whistles like some of the fancier London agencies, but for their fixed price you really can’t ask for more. Give them a try.

The technology they provide makes the entire process seamless, from listing properties to connecting with clients. Plus, their sustainability initiatives align with the values of today's conscious consumers. I can confidently recommend 99home Ltd to anyone looking for a forward-thinking, reliable, and eco-conscious real estate partner. It's a partnership that delivers results and promotes a brighter, greener future.

FacebookShoddy company . Will only list your property for a short duration as they only have a limited amount of spaces. There Rightmove membership is limited so they remove you advert to give space for another without informing the client. Watch out people There are other companies that offer the same survive to which I will use going forward.

TrustpilotGREAT SERVICE AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
I would certainly recommend 99Home as online letting agent. I have been using them for the past 3 years and it has made my life much easier. The person I have always dealt with is Bhanu Surti and she is a great asset to the company. She is efficient, helpful, gives advises when required. She is also reliable and thorough in her duties. Well done Bhanu you are a star!

Puja and the letting team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer 99homes with full property management services.I am truly delighted to have a partnership with them as a landlord. I will strongly recommend them for theircompetitive offerings adding value to customers.
