I had an extremely negative experience…

I had an extremely negative experience with 99 Homes, a property management company I enlisted to manage my property. The communication was severely lacking; urgent matters were not addressed promptly, often taking several days for a response. Repeated attempts to contact them through emails and phone calls were met with evasion and unavailability of the responsible person.Additionally, their advertised "rent guarantee" service was misleading. Instead of providing the promised security, they merely waited for tenants to pay before transferring funds, which is not a guarantee in any sense.My most concerning experience, however, involved a lack of professionalism and potential favoritism based on race. I observed interactions between the staff and tenants that suggested a preferential treatment towards tenants of a particular ethnicity, which is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional in a business setting. My concerns about property maintenance and damage were consistently dismissed, which I believe was influenced by this bias. Anybody reading this, do NOT use this firm. Use literally ANYBODY else.

Superb service

Superb service. Clear costs with no hidden extras. Easy to deal with and does what it says on the tin.Best thing for me was speed of contact. Call backs / email response is almost immediate (my contact was Swati). The dashboard is not particularly user friendly but still usable and doesnt distract from the overall experience. I recieved an offer I was happy with within 1 week of listing on 99home. Highly recommended. I will use again.

It's a 7 stars! Customer service was excellent. I sent an email at 9:30 pm and got a replied at 9:45 pm by Vijay which I didn't expected! Brilliant! Komal was excellent and kept me informed with all activities. What amazed me is I only paid £49 for letting service and my property done and dusted within a week. Really appreciate your hard work guys.

Don't use this company for commercial…

Don't use this company for commercial letting listings. They give the impression its really simple, but they ask more and more and more information about you as a property owner, basically to avoid listing the property. They then refuse to refund the £99 paid, even though you can't provide them with all the information they continually ask for. Do not believe their website that says the process is simple and straight forward, it isn't.

I have just completed the new tenancy…

I have just completed the new tenancy on my flat and 99home made the whole process simple whilst giving me the control I needed over the viewings as previous tenants were still in occupation. This worked well with the online portal but was backed up with great customer service from Ritika and Anjali who were always available to speak directly to or would call me for regular updates.I now have a very cost effective silver contract through 99home which includes additional services. I will certainly continue to use 99home for future transactions.Thank you

Fantastic service from Vijay and his team. I was really impressed and couldn't fault the service. If you want to get your property on the internet without the ridiculous fees of an estate agent then 99home is the most cost effective way to do it. Oh I nearly forgot we had 4 offers in 3 days and sold the property for the asking price, brilliant.

I can absolutely relate to the top rating all others have given . Me and my partner had signed up to sell our property via 99 home a few days back and i still couldn't believe this thing could be without a catch and feared that some hidden charges will come later.. but after signing up as the first viewing happened on the third day , i logged in to read the reviews and was reassured that its true.. we now have 2 good offers already and are awaiting another one. Their team is always so accessible, super friendly and really honest. Rashmeet in particular was very helpful.. Really wish them all the best for shaking up the old boys who were fleecing us of 1-2% of the sale value !!! why didn't this company came along earlier..
