First time using 99 Home and very impressed. Was previously registered with a high street estate agency for 6 months and only three viewings. During the three month period with 99 Home over 13 enquiries and great quality viewings resulting in a quick sale. Great service from 99 Home and Lav Pandey. Would definately recommend and I would use them again. Very professional and facilitated a sale at a fraction of the cost of a high street agency. Thank you!

I sold my property subject to contract within 6 weeks! I did all the viewings myself and the buyers really appreciated being able to talk to me personally as the owner. I had 27 enquiries, 11 viewings, 3 offers and 1 survey done and cross fingers the rest of the sale will go smoothly! If it does then I will have saved £2900 by using 99home instead of another estate agent. Maresh Swati took my phone call today today and I am only too pleased to give 99home 5 stars.

A successful house sale story

I decided to try and sell my house with 99Home to save on the Estate Agent fees and I have just managed to do that for the total cost of £250 (For a 6 months listing and a For Sale board). I had to do all the work myself which included writing a description, creating plans, getting the energy certificate and taking photos plus dealing with a lot of time wasting enquires, which I didn’t mind. 99Home Customer Service was always there to help - it was great. I would definitely recommend their services -they seem fair and for a great value.

I found Swati Bhandari of 99 Home to be knowledgeable, friendly, forthright, honest and communicable.I can't be more happy with the service. Excellent professional photographer and great professional virtual tour. I spent time on making my property appealing. I had more than 30 viewing requests, which I vetted myself. I had 5 viewings and three offers within the first two weeks, Swati Bhandari negotiated these for me. You can decide which level of service you require and therefore your involvement level.I allowed my viewers to tour my property alone and find me in the garden for Q/A. This worked perfectly. I chose 99Home over a traditional high street agent for the level of involvement and HONESTY. It turned out to be one of my best decisions and I will never use a traditional agent again.

We sold our house with them within 3 days wow. and saved a fortune is what a traditional estate agent charge in commission.An excellent company to work with great choice of options when selling a property. You can choose to go for the 'full works' or limit to what you can do your self.Particular praise for Swati when selling what a lady no matter when you called she sorted it. Even after getting home returns a call concerning a query rather than wait till next day office hours 🎉and Lav getting the memorandum of sale sorted quickly. what a team.thoroughly record them when selling a property. They use the same on line property sights as all the other traditional estate agents without the huge commission. The savy seller would choose 99Home over any other on line estate agents, save money yet excellent service

UPDATED.. 99home keep trying to delete my review

Polite and responsive when taking your money but want a refund... good luck with that! Said 6 days, that was 3 weeks ago and now they do not respond. How companies deal with problems is a true reflection! Appalling service. UPDATE... Now they are reporting my honest review "for violating Trustpilot guidelines."They are at least in communication with me since since I sent them an ultimatum. But asking for the documents I've already sent them (AGAIN! - I could tear my hair out!)I quote:"If you are the owner of the property, 100% you will get the refund. If you are not the owner and listing property on someone else behalf, unfortunately no refund and we will flag to HMRC. We do not allow agents to use our platform to list properties. Please, could you provide ** ************ *********** ownership documents so we can process your refund"So I copied and pasted my 99home email from almost 2 months ago, back to 99home. I await my refund and will update.UPDATE...One of the owners called to apologise. He gave various excuses and said someone may be losing their job over this which I think is BS and also harsh if so as it is a management process issue and they are ultimately responsible for the systems that control these things. But hey it was Corona and understandable that mistakes can/do happen. I did in the end get my refund and they offered me a free residential advert or 50% off a commercial listing which is cute but it felt like a hollow solution and does not really make up for my awful experience, I was trying to take out a commercial listing and so would not feel inclined to chance such a situation again. I'd rather pay more for less trouble! If I'd been offered a free commercial listing I'd of raised this review by one star and considered the offer next time I list one of our retail premises.UPDATE...Again, almost 3 months later, 99home are trying to delete my review!
