Used 99 home to let my property. Service that they had offered at £49 is unmatchable due to professionalism. Most of the work was done by them. Highly recommend the whole team but Bhanu was especially too good in providing an update on a regular basis. She even helped tenants with those having a problem in completing the forms. Save your money and use 99home!

GoogleVery slow to reply. I remember when I began my application process they had no idea who they needed to speak to (i.e. the landlord) and so I just did not get a call back. Two weeks later I had to call again and try to chase up. Be very careful when signing their tenancy agreements. They add sneaky things in which mean you will be paying a lot when you move out for things like proffessional carpet cleaners and chimney sweeps! ridiculous.
:-) :-) Are you 100% sure it's 99home? Last year, Mon, 1 Oct 2018, 15:09 your request received. Tue, 2 Oct 2018, 08:50 reference done. Sat, 6 Oct 2018, 16:50 AST signed. Within a week all done and you mentioned two weeks! :-) AST was from the landlord. Not sure what made you review 99home after a year where we have nothing to do. GoogleIf I could give Zero stars I would. What a dilatory and unprofessional person you have in the North West representing your brand. Never returned my calls when he said he would. I gave him ample times in which he could come to the property and he had the cheek to mention my lack of availability. When he eventually did come round he went round my house moving things around. I did not appreciate this at all as he didn’t even ask if it was ok to do so. Well what do you expect for paying £99! You pay cheap you pay twice. Avoid at all costs.

Vijay has been very helpful and always available to take calls to service me while trying to find tenants for my flat. And although the tenants i found ended up coming through my Gumtree posting, I would easily recommend 99Homes to anyone and have done so already, and will use them next time i need new tenants based on their exposure reach and their willingness to help.

I found them very reliable, helpful, correct and above all extremely professional. They increased my rent by 50% on the day I was about to move in. They caused me thousands of pounds and stress. They apologised many times and accepted their fault but did not provide any compensation as if the fault was mine. Their email to me after what they have done was highly impolite and threatening. I will go for legal ways for getting compensation for the mental stress and economical damage. I do not recommend this company and these people. Stay away!
