I listed my property with 99Home Ltd and Nehal in October 2022 and my experience we terrible. 6 months later I had two accepted offers that both fell through due to poor communication, I had no access to dashboard so had no idea about the number of requests that were coming from potential buyers. Furthermore, Nehal attended less than half of all arranged viewings so my tenants had to show the property instead, no wonder the property didn’t sell in 6 months when I finally decided to terminate my contract with this company. If you can avoid working with this agency - this will be the best decision you make. Would definitely not recommend.

Needed to rent my 2 bed flat in Watford. As an onsite landlord I manage the property myself. So, I only needed a tenant finding services which is a simple package offered by 99 homes. At 99 Homes there is lovely Ritika and friends have been very helpful with the marketing and renting of the flat. They have been obtaining and collating enquiries for prospective renters using Rightmove, Zoopla and the other major online website and also their own website - 99Homes.co.ukSeptember being a busy time to of the year they were able to help reduce the long list of enquiries to a suitable short list and ultimately help me to choose great tenants for my flat. Ritika herself was knowledgeable in all areas of her trade. And when there was a couple of tricky questions she was able to consult with her legal advisers who confirmed our position with regards to details in small print of the tenancy agreement. The only comment that I could make regarding improvement would be some refinements to the iphone version of their "customer dashboard" provided by 99Homes website. But that is not any sort of criticism just a request for some minor improvements. Otherwise 99 homes have provided an excellent value for money service and I would recommend 99Homes to any prospective Landlord looking to market and rent their own property.Well done 99 Homes and thanks you !

Does not do what it says on the tin.

Whilst it initially seems like good value for money, all is not as it seems. Our property has been missing for weeks from Rightmove and 99Home are unable to say when / if it will be restored. This is the second time this has happened. The ongoing running costs of an empty property that is NOT being advertised on Rightmove more than exceeds any notional savings by using 99Home.

Overall best estate agent I've come across. I've dealt with numerous estate agents before but all of them cause more problems then its worth dealing with them, including things like getting them to do the repairs but it's actually their sister company and overcharging me or hiding random fees behind the contract, taking a management fee yet leaving me to do all the managing, staff can't be bothered calling me back when I raise and issue, I've had them all. 99home is different, they don't scam you on maintenence, much cheaper compared to its competitors, no hidden fees, staff are really friendly and understanding. This is the best estate agency I've had the pleasure of working with and I don't regret it.

Having sold 7 other properties over the years through various conventional estate agents, using 99home was for me easily the most effective way to sell a house. As a hybrid estate agent, 99home provided an effective and efficient service. Within 3 weeks of being listed I had accepted an offer, after receiving a rush of enquiries and offers all handled by Akash Kariya who kept me updated and was always available to assist and advise.I opted for the £1099 High St package, with 99home handling viewings and the negotiations and still saved over £3000 compared to what my previous agent would have charged.From my own personal experience I can recommend 99home!
