I paid to have accompanied viewings as a single female selling my home. I only had a few enquiries, I always had to chase 99 Homes to remind them they THEY had to arrange the viewing and as a result I did not get even one viewing. I would not waste my money again and went back to using standard agents.

A bit surprised though as we are getting your review now instead of 2018 (almost two years later).I can remember we even listed your property "Featured listed" a few times to get more interest at no cost to you. We had a few viewings and we emailed/called you a few times to arrange the viewings but most of the time you were not comfortable with viewing times. Here is what you have told us. _____I refer to my email this morning. I am unable to allow people in my home without my attendance as the dogs would not accept strangers and people would be at risk. I didn't choose 99 Home, that was the housing association, but their service was fine. One thing that I think is less than ideal is that their website does not offer a messaging facility. This meant that when people enquired about viewings, I needed to respond from my personal email address, and a few people mentioned that this went into spam because obviously they didn't know me and they had been expecting communication through 99 Home. I did need to chase 99 Home a few times throughout the process, for example it took longer to generate the Memorandum of Sale than I had hoped, but this is the first property I am selling so my expectations may have been a little unrealistic, I don't know. I also think that they didn't have too much knowledge about how the shared ownership scheme works, as I was asked questions I could not answer, relating to the sale of the proportion of the flat that belongs to the housing association.
