GoogleEveryone at Molyneux was exceedingly helpful. We had a slightly demanding buyer for our house and, at one stage there was a possibility they would pull out. But the people at Molyneux rescued the situation. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Molyneux for your excellent service.

I chose Molyneux Estate Agents to sell my property due to the fantastic feedback that I had heard regarding the family business and I was not disappointed. The customer service that I received throughout the process was faultless and the team continually communicated updates throughout which meant I did not need to make any chaser calls. From the valuation, to the viewings, to dealing with multiple solicitors and then to completion, the whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner whilst also providing a competitive rate. It is clear that Molyneux Estate Agents have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them, and they have evidently worked hard and done a fantastic job at placing themselves in the market with their relatively new family business. I want to say thank you to Molyneux Estate Agents for making my house selling and buying process as simple and stress free as possible and for helping me to move into my forever home!

GoogleSam Molyneux from Molyneux estate agent recently went above and beyond for me. I emailed the estate agent on a Friday evening asking to view a property the following day. To my surprise I got an email back at 9 pm after Sam had interrupted his evening to contact the vendors and book me in. This resulted in me being the first viewer to view the property and securing the property as mine. I can’t thank Molyneux estate agents enough and would highly recommend them to everyone. GoogleLovely, friendly bunch of Gentlemen that are always quick to help, answering emails quickly and always call back if not answer. Really helpful and patient as me and my Partner are First Time Buyers and theyve made the process really easy and answer any questions we had. Would recommend for Estate Agents 100%, fantastic service. Always happy to make time for a revisit of our new property. Even with everything that's going on in the market, they've taken the stress out of the process and look after you. The bonus is they're a family run business whom look after the locals instead of a multi chain business (you know who...) We didn't invision our dream happening anytime soon but the fantastic team at Molyneux have made our dream a reality. From us to you, thank you. GoogleWhat can I say other than these guys were amazing when selling my house. Nothing was to much trouble. They were quick to respond to any enquiries I had and typically would reply within 20mins with an answer or to say that they were finding out the information I needed. I found all of the team to be extremely professional and on the ball. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property And when the time comes to buy my next house I will be returning to these guys and only these guys

GoogleFirst rate service and a tremendous help Molyneux are a small family run business which delivers an exceptional professional and personal service. From the very first meeting to the completion, they couldn’t have done anymore. Living abroad and having to rely on someone else was a big worry. Molyneux exceeded expectations, handling all aspects of the sale and always keeping us informed and up to speed. We can not sing their praises high enough and would gladly recommend them. Molyneux are everything you would want from an estate agents and much more.

Whoever we dealt with from the office were kind, knowledgeable about their business and the area and beyond, efficient and personable which at such a stressful time is appreciated. GoogleFantastic service provided by this family owned agency. What drew us to Molyneux was the fact that we were not bombarded with calls/emails or texts after our initial enquiry. They left us to our thoughts and allowed us to contact them in our own time. Throughout the process there was never no hard sell to use their "guy" for mortage advice or solicitors etc, they simply advised and left us to make our decision. The selling and buying process was quick, simple and very professional and resulted in us buying our dream home. It's a huge thanks from us to the Molyneaux team. We cannot thank you enough!!

Tom, Sam and Steve have all helped us at different stages of our search and we can't fault the service at all. Sam has taken the lead on our purchase and he has kept us up to date and well informed at every stage. Going above and beyond at every possible opportunity. GoogleAs a first time seller, I had no idea what I was doing, however Sam at Molyneux Estate Agents was alway on hand to answer any questions that I had. I even had 3 viewings booked in before my property even went live online, resulting in the agreed sale happening the same the same day as going live! Throughout the whole process I have received nothing but an A* service - thank you! I will definitely be using them again, and cannot recommend them enough!!
