This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent, very good communications from start to finish, they are a small family team and work with you and nothing is to much trouble. Giving you local solicitors and mortgage advisers (whole of market) not like the big chains which lock you out of the best deals and push their own agenda. If you are in the market for property in the Brandon area, try Molyneux first they have years of experience and a good selection of products.

GoogleSam, Tom and Steve (and anyone else i have missed!) at molynuex Estate agents in Brandon have been amazing! they stuck by me through a VERY difficult time selling my late dads house (not at all their fault! Another company dropped me at the first sign of a 'difficult' sale which it was difficult!), they answered every questioned, pointed us in the right direction, took me through everything step by step. I have probably been the most challenging seller with constant questions and emails and phone calls but here we are. We have finally exchanged contracts and I couldn't be happier! Thank you everyone at molynuex for putting up with me!. Hopefully now you can sell me a house 😍🤣

GoogleThis is the third property I have sold within the last year and a half. I would not sell a property with any other Estate Agent. Steve, Tom and Sam have the most amazing customer service. I have never had to call them, they have emailed or called me before I needed to. They have sold all the properties within the time frame. They keep you up to date with everything and nothing is too much trouble. You only have to look around Brandon to see that most of their signs are sold ones. They all work so hard. They offer you advise if you need it and are not at all pushy. I can not recommend them enough and will certainly be using them in the future. A real hardworking family business.
