Like many people, we were initially wary of estate agents and felt we were being told what we wanted to hear rather than the truth. That all changed when we met Andrew at Molyneux Estates in Brandon, and we instantly knew we wanted to buy through them. As first-time buyers, we were completely at a loss as to where to start. Andrew was fantastic, always easy to contact, extremely helpful, and remarkably reassuring whenever genuine worries or concerns arose. He went above and beyond at every step, and even after completing on our forever home, he has continued to assist us. We are genuinely grateful for all his guidance and support and cannot recommend Andrew and Molyneux Estates highly enough!

It’s been many years since my husband and I bought or sold a house and previous experience had shown us it was never a smooth or great process. However, I can honestly say that Molyneux ensured that the process ran as smooth as possible. The communication and knowledge from the team, but from Andrew in particular, was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond. Andrew was always proactive in his approach and always knew exactly where we were during the process at any given time. The whole team was very professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We had a great experience right from the start using Molyneux to sell our house.Sam came and did the valuation, talked through options with us and we felt they were the right fit for us. Had a buyer very quickly and from that point we dealt mainly with Andrew. We had great communications with Andrew, easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. When we encountered an issue that could have affected the sale his calm and measured communications with our buyers ensured that we were able to resolve it without any difficulty. Not all estate agents are equal. Andrew went the extra mile and then some throughout the process. His help was invaluable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Molyneux to anyone. Matt was very quick arranging our viewing, he responded during a weekend confirming receipt of our offer on the property which was lovely. We were able to view the property again during the legal process to measure and ensure our things fit in the rooms. We have now exchanged and are due to collect the keys on Friday. A great experience

My Father and I chose Molyneux to sell his house in Mundford after inviting 3 local agents to come and value his house. We chose Molyneux because they came across as a genuine family business, that had decades of experience in the local area. They didn’t try and push us to an overinflated valuation, gave us a reasoned explanation for theirs, and gave a clear and concise explanation of what service we could expect. Importantly they then did exactly what they said they would do, with clear communication and prompt responses all the way from instruction to completion, every member of the team were a pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. If only all Estate agents were like Molyneux!

Thankyou so so much to Sam and the team at Molyneux’s!!!! I cannot praise you highly enough and we are so grateful for all of your help in getting us sold and moved! Having listed with a view to downsizing mid 2022, we went with a small local firm, no joy - so we then opted for a larger corporate one - We were led on for an year and a half with that listing prior finding these amazing guys… we were so fed up and thought we would never ever sell our place. Turns out that it was bad pricing and bad advice and Sam soon turned that around! Within 2 weeks of listing with Molyneux’s…we had an offer which we accepted!!! We have also been overwhelmed with the efforts the team have put in when negotiating a tricky onward purchase which had no estate agent. They really have gone above and beyond!
