GoogleMy Father and I chose Molyneux to sell his house in Mundford after inviting 3 local agents to come and value his house. We chose Molyneux because they came across as a genuine family business, that had decades of experience in the local area. They didn’t try and push us to an overinflated valuation, gave us a reasoned explanation for theirs, and gave a clear and concise explanation of what service we could expect. Importantly they then did exactly what they said they would do, with clear communication and prompt responses all the way from instruction to completion, every member of the team were a pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. If only all Estate agents were like Molyneux!

GoogleThank you, Sam. Molyneux handled my purchase. In a sea of challenges, Sam has been one of the more kind, understanding and professional, friendly voices on the other end of the phone. Moving house is such a stressful time and it’s so challenging juggling all the agents and solicitors; Sam’s recommendation of solicitor has been perfection and he has handled a difficult and long process with sensitivity which has benefited all involved and I’ve really appreciated this. I never had to pester Sam to help me or complete a task, he was really forthcoming and efficient and I was able to rely on him to keep an eye on the whole transaction. I would go through Molyneux again and ultimately recommend Molyneux to anyone who asked me. Thank you Molyneux and Sam.

GoogleWow, what a refreshing experience!! I highly recommend Molyneux Estate Agents. I was particularly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and attention to detail. The team are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The sale felt straight forward all the way through and I was kept informed at all stages. The sale from start to finish took 38 days with a first time buyer and no onward chain, still exceptionally quick. I am so glad I chose to go with Molyneux. I would not hesitate to choose them again.

GoogleI recently used Molyneux Estate Agents to sell a bungalow belonging to my late uncle. The service provided was first class from the outset. Even though the bungalow was not in the best of condition, Sam was confident the sale would be quite straight forward. A brochure was prepared just a couple of days after the initial contact and posted online. The market knowledge of the Molyneux team was excellent and resulted in a number of viewings within days of the property details being posted. The bungalow was sold within less than a week. Sam kept us informed of progress throughout the sale process right up to the day of completion. I would highly recommend this estate agents for their professional, friendly and efficient approach.

GoogleWorking in the property space, I’ve come to truly appreciate finding a good real estate agency. We’ve viewed many properties in the area, and if you could choose any agency to work with then you’d choose these guys every time. We’re not from Norfolk, so it wasn’t straightforward arranging the trip, but Sam was super accommodating, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We were impressed with the communication from initial contact, right the way through to agreeing the sale. Sams knowledge of the property and the area made all the difference to how we viewed it, and the feedback from the sellers was equally as positive when we met them -which is really reassuring. Honestly, great service with a genuine approach. No doubt when we’re ready to sell he’ll be reselling the property for us - I’d highly recommend!

GoogleWe're due to complete this week and Molyneux have been nothing but the best. So easy to deal with and have really made a slightly stressful house purchase, a lot easier. The most helpful team and just genuinely really nice people. I doubt we will want to sell this house as it's taken a while to get it and it's everything we've wanted, but if we do, I wouldn't consider anyone else other than Molyneux. Sam truly went above and beyond to help us with what became was a very stressful complicated move due to our buyers! Sam was there day and night to support us and do more than he was expected to do we really appreciate his support and guidance every step of the way.
