I dont normally do reviews, however in this case I will, Tom & Sam were exceptional, we sold In four days and the house we were buying was held up in probate. These guys kept me and my buyer up to date all the way through, they chased the solicitors on my behalf and keep the process on track, they were always contactable and dealt with problems as they arose, COVID did not sway them in any way. The biggest thing with moving house is information, Molyenx were the kings of information. Im never moving again as we have found our forever home but would not hesitate to recommend, if we do find another forever home I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend molyneux estate agent, as a first time buyer with little knowledge of the procedure they were exceptional from start to finish. They went the extra mile on everything, from explaining everything I needed to do, to helping me with all the mortgage advice and solicitors. Sam was a massive help, answering anything I needed through text or call. I didn’t think this process would be easy but molyneux’s definitely made it that way for me. I can highly recommend Steve, Tom and Sam at Molyneux Estate Agents. I had tried to sell my house a couple of times through other larger (national) estate agents with no luck. Molyneux's had 2 interested parties in the first week of my house being on the market. I have been kept up to date every step of the way and any questions were answered very quickly. They are a really warm and friendly company, who go out of their way to give the best possible advice and guidance. The whole process from start to finish has been the quickest and easiest I've ever experienced in 30 years of house buying and selling. Even the solicitor's recommended by them have been superb and their fees very reasonable - I would highly recommend them also. Well I don’t know where to start really. There are not enough words to say what an excellent family run estate agents Molyneux is. We sold our forever home with them and from our first dealings with Sam and his team were just outstanding. All of them made a difficult process just so easy. Always answered every communication and what estate agents text you late in the evenings and weekends to give you the updates. Mainly dealt with Sam but everyone at Molyneux is very helpful and very professional, as we were first time buyers we didn’t really know what we wanted so viewed a large variety of houses and before we knew what we wanted I think Sam worked out what we needed/wanted and recommended a few and found our first home, couldn’t fault these guys at all very responsive to emails(due to my job never hear my phone so email was best) and was able to answer any questions we had, would highly recommend and use again

I honestly cannot fault Tom and his team. As first time buyers we were pretty much clueless and anxious entering the very complex steps that comes with buying a property, especially during a pandemic and Tom was just amazing, patient and professional throughout. Tom has been (and still is) the only party that has been consistent in communication and reassurance throughout this process! On top of that, Tom was still happy to email after office hours and when he was on annual leave, which just proves that Tom and his firm go above and beyond for their clients. Cannot recommend enough, and if you don’t believe me, you only have to drive through Mildenhall, Suffolk and see that almost every property is up for sale through Molyneux Estate agents.

Hi there, we where buying for our 1st home, as you do, could drive around, I work for the Ambulance service in Suffolk and noticed all there boards dotted all over mildenhall, and Thetford brandon, and other Suffolk and Norfolk villages. Contact them and we have the perticulars sent over, so please as covit, happened, they offered a visual viewing and then a personal viewing. Tom Sam and Steve very friendly, and from the date of viewing, we offered and accepted offer, we and completed with in 7 weeks. Tom was very helpful even though we needed to visit more than once, he always went out of his way as one of the directors would, they go the extra mile, polite, knowledgeable about the property, and villages, and if he didn't know, he said, I'll find out and he did to his word. So if you want a local friendly estate agents, you can these are well worth a look, family run is always the best. But so Tom thanks mate and to whom reads, ask for Steve is the father of the business, and the 2 son are Tom and Sam are the well Engineered pit crew.. Kindest Nigel and Kirsty now in Mildenhall. 👍🚑

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Molyneux Estate Agents, they have been incredible, so helpful and responsive selling our home from start to finish.The whole team have had a helping hand in the marketing and sale of our home. Steve was our first point of contact and put us at ease and answered all our questions regarding selling our home. Tom who was always very responsive and always helped us including when we weren't 100% happy with the photographs of our home, he arranged for additional photos to be taken within a couple of hours and had our home as a live listing within 24 hours of the new photos being taken and continued to assist and help through out the selling process.
