We originally bought a house through Molyneux, and they delivered such a good service that we came back to them again when we came to sell our house, in fact, we had such a good time that I think it biased our decision against other Estate Agents that came to value our house. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed this time around. Molyneux didn't feel proactive at all, especially as this was a complicated chain that needed a proactive approach otherwise it may have collapsed - an example of this is no updates for almost 4 weeks in September, and no real updates unless we pushed for them, in fact, we actually used the Estate Agent above us e.g. the Estate Agent of the house we were buying to get most of our updates. This was a shame, and meant we wouldn't use them again.

I cannot recommend Molyneux highly enough .Very professional but also very caring and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise Molyneux’s enough on the excellent service that they gave us with both selling our home and buying a new house. The lockdown happened straight after we had sold and found our bungalow but Steve and his 2 sons, Sam & Tom kept us up to date with telephone calls and emails on almost a daily basis. I can not praise Molyneux Estate agents enough. I have just moved having sold my property with them and they really did go above and beyond. Tom was brilliant at keeping me updated and explaining processes as well as chasing things up, which meant that this process of moving was nowhere near as stressful as it could have been. Having had dealings with other estate agents previously these are on another level, we recieved such a personal service rather than just being a name in a book. I can not fault the service I recieved, such a caring, hard working, local family business. Would never use anyone else now.

We decided to put our house on the market just before Christmas we had the lovely Sam come and do the valuation from start to finish they have been brilliant by putting us in touch with a brilliant solicitor and Richard for our mortgage. Nothing was to much trouble when it came to chasing things up and making sure we all moved on the day we wanted. Best estate agents!!! I had a few things I was fussy about and Sam kept going to find me the perfect home. Even sent me emails and messages out of his work time. He also managed to sell my house within 2/3 weeks! Things got a little stressful as this all went through the coronavirus pandemic but I’d always have updates, knew I could message him anytime if I had any questions too. 100% recommend this lovely family run estate agents.

The main thing when choosing an Estate Agent is trust, you can completing trust Molyneux Estate Agents when instructing them to sell for you or to buy from.
