GoogleIt’s not often you can say that the estate agents were the saving grace of your sale but this was 100% the case. Tom and the rest of the team were so wonderful and helpful throughout the process and we genuinely couldn’t fault them. Tom’s communication was excellent and he never made me feel like anything was too much. We’re now in our new home and it’s all down to you. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe’ve dealt with Sam on numerous occasions having moved quite a few times. We can honestly say we were very pleased with him. I found other estate agents would pester you and just worry about the sale, but Molyneux and Tom in particular were different. They were very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly, whilst putting your needs first. I would highly recommend using Molyneux in the future to anyone looking to purchase a property.

I am so so glad I chose Molyneux for both. Happily sitting in my new home now, I honestly do not believe I’d have got here without their drive and motivation, knowledge and experience and care and thoughtfulness for their clients. Going the extra mile was a term I used a lot throughout the process to describe them. To them, as it is to us the client, buying and selling homes is not simply a transaction to be made; they understand what it means to people, how much is invested in it emotionally not just financially. I could not have asked any more of them and will be forever grateful for their immeasurable efforts in getting me in to my new home. I don’t plan on moving again any time soon, but would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone making that initial decision of which estate agent to choose. Because this is one of the decisions we can control and choosing the right agent can be make or break
