The whole process of our sale from the initial marketing, viewings, offers and final completion of sale was done remotely as the property we sold was a buy-to-let at some distance from where we live and the team could not have been more helpful. In fact, they went above and beyond. It makes such a difference dealing with a family run business who know the area and we were so impressed. We would not hesitate to recommend them. GoogleWe've recently completed on a sale with Molyneux and Sam has been professional and informative throughout. Even though it took a bit longer to complete than we anticipated Sam kept us updated with everything so we knew why things got pushed back and he did everything in his power to get us completed. Would highly recommend and use again in the future when we come to move

GoogleWe had our house in Lakenheath for sale with a different agent for 4 months without getting much joy, so were feeling disheartened! We switched to Molyneux's and couldnt believe it when we sold within 2 weeks! We then exchanged within 1 month! Sam and the team are very pro active, and guided us through the process stress free! We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
