When me and my partner were trying to buy our first home we were completely in the dark and was having lots of difficulties with the guidance and service we were bring provided. We had attempted to offer on 5 properties with various estate agents who had either tried pulling the wool over our eyes and ensuring bidding wars (not the nicest of circumstances!)
and some, attempted to convince us that we needed to go for an "affordability meeting" to view properties basically ensuring use their own variety of providers, and that we would only get the houses we were hoping for if we did what they requested.
Thankfully, we were unsuccessful with those properties!!
We met Sam from Molyneux estate agents when we went to view a new property he was listing (in all honesty we were expecting more unlucky circumstances!). He's knowledgeable, friendly and built trust with us right away. Giving us advice (that has been extremely helpful!) and providing guidance that nobody else seemed to be willing to provide; from explaining the full offer process (ensuring we made a realistic offer), to ensuring we were confident with our purchase through and through. He also got us in touch with a responsive, affordable and overall brilliant solicitor.
Our house has now been arranged for completion within 8 weeks. From the initial viewing to now the whole team from Molyneux has been absolutely fantastic with communication and really making me and my partner comfortable buying our first home.
If you are a first time buyer or someone looking for another home I would definately recommend Molyneux. They are the diamond in the rough 💎

GoogleMolyneux Estate Agents are amazing. I've worked with estate agents for a long while and can hand on heart tell you the way these guys do things are brilliant. They are nothing but honest, they don't push and they genuinely have your best interests at heart.
Steve, Sam and Tom are all a pleasure to deal with and will do anything to help you out. Our property went on the market on a Thursday and was sold on the Saturday. That's 2 days - and we even got more than the asking price.
They managed all the viewings on my behalf and made the whole situation easy when it is already stressful and difficult given the circumstances.
The guys are full of friendly advice and have lots of contacts they can put you in touch with to help you. Offered a great rate from a solicitor they passed us onto - that saves another job.
There are many Estate Agents out there, but when picking which one to use don't go for the Nationwide companies where you are just a number. Support local businesses and use an independent where you are treated with respect and looked after. Make sure Molyneux is your first call - I could not be any happier.
