GoogleI had to sell my deceased brothers house in brandon and I decided to go with molyneux best decision I could have made as I live in southend. They may be a small family firm but they sold my house in a day . They are very professional and friendly people to deal with and kept me informed with how it was going they also put themselves out with things at the house to save me the journey from southend . They are good value nothing is too much trouble I would certainly recommend molyneux Thanks again greg callaghan

GoogleA family run company and you can tell. They stand out by far in comparison to their competitors, in every way. Professionalism, efficiency, speed.... and I’m not saying this because they got me a great deal either because as a buyer I negotiated pretty tough but they won! I paid the asking price but I think that proves a point. Especially as a buyer I’m really happy - the sellers will be happy of course because they sold quickly and got what they wanted. I couldn’t recommend them more for both buyers and sellers.

Not only did they help us buy our first home together, they put us at ease the whole way through. They always had time to answer our many, many questions and they explained what was happening every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble & they made the whole process so easy. Such a well run, family team. Not a bad word too be said!

GoogleNot even my estate agent, but my sellers, with a difficult chain, Sam Molyneux was the most supportive, responsive and professional estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I honestly don't think we would have secured our beautiful new home without his support. Cannot recommend enough. My only critism is that he and his team weren't established in London that I could have used him to sell my property, and not just to help me find my new home. Use their services, you won't regret it.

FacebookI was recommended Molyneux estate agents through a trusted friend and I can 100% strongly say that these guys won’t let you down. Sam dealt with our sale and got us a buyer super quick- our process was so smooth running. We had a few agents come over but Molyneux really stuck out for us, sam was very patient with us and we didn’t feel pressured or rushed to put the house up for sale as we wanted to do some TLC to the place. He also had great contacts who he got us in touch with which was another stamp of great customer service Communication was superb and couldn’t fault these guys!

GoogleI recently sold my old house and purchased a new one through Molyneux Estate Agents. I was and I still am completely astounded by how good and quick their service was. They came out to view my old property, very conveniently, on a Saturday and on the same day they were able to recommend me a new property which is exactly what I was looking for. I can't specify the precise timeframe, but within no more and most probably much less than a week, I had accepted a very good offer on my old property and had a good offer accepted on the recommended property that I wished to purchase. As I said, this all happened within less than a week and all throughout the process Molyneux were clear, effective and prompt in their communication with me. In the past, I've always found dealing with estate agents a bit of a chore and some, not all, have come across as a bit ungenuine, unhelpful, uninterested and just kind of annoying really. This wasn't the case with Molyneux one bit, far from it. They're an extremely helpful family run, independent estate agents that I believe will go above and beyond to provide the best service they can for any of their customers. Without hesitation, I'll be coming straight to Molyneux next time I decide to sell or buy a property.
