GoogleMe and my partner have just bought our first home through Molyneux, and could not be happier! Tom saw the whole process through for us, he was knowledgable, professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any queries I had he would assist me straight away, keeping in contact throughout the process which made the whole experience much easier for us as first time buyers. GoogleI found Molyneux to be a wonderful family run business that were caring , honest and genuinely wanted to do their very best by all of their clients . Sam especially went above and beyond what I would usually expect from my estate agent . He personally picked me up and took me to look at several homes when I was eager to move after he sold our house promptly . He is refreshingly caring and considerate of his clients needs but more importantly he excels at his job. Sam has vast knowledge of the business and has built up many contacts through his personable nature. I would consider Sam a friend to whom I am very grateful to for helping make it possible for me to be now be living in my dream home .

GoogleI can’t recommend this fantastic family business highly enough! This was the first time I’d sold a house and my many questions/worries were always answered in a way to reassure me. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was always kept informed of how things were progressing. Sam, Tom & Steve are all great guys and like I said to Sam the other day, they’re definitely the best Molyneux’s around! 😊 If you’re looking to sell your house be sure to call here first, you certainly won’t be disappointed with their excellent service, friendliness and all round professionalism.

A very welcoming, family run company who go above and beyond to support you with all enquiries, fast turn around of sales (my house was sold within a week of being listed) and a professional attitude at all times. If you're looking to sell or buy, Molyneux's are the estate agents to use!

We met Sam Molyneux on a viewing and due to his professionalism we approached him to sell ours - which he did in 2 weeks!! Sam has a personal touch which also made the whole process less stressful, including helping us move some heavy furniture on moving day. I highly recommend Molyneux and am sure you will too.
