GoogleDarren and Andrew at Chilterns have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. In fact nothing was too much trouble. Emails and calls were always returned promptly and not once did a question or concern go unanswered. It was very refreshing to deal with an estate agent who actually cares about both the buyer and seller and made things as easy and as clear as possible. I would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleRenting from Chilterns has been a good experience for the last 5 years . All the properties are good quality, clean and well presented. The letting staff make quick responses to any repairs and are kind and helpful with any issues beyond that. Our preferred Estate Agent. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleAlthough we only had 6 months left in our lease when chilterns took over as the letting agent we never had any problems at all. The final inspection was quick and easy and we we received our deposit back a few days later

GoogleTHIS is the company that CARES about the person, not just another customer! Darren recently showed us a house and we were GREATLY IMPRESSED by him! We were blown away by how thorough and knowledgeable he was! And not just with the property he was showing, but with UK's whole letting process and all of its intricate moving parts. Even for US military requirements, etc. He went above and beyond; taking the time to answer any and ALL questions... even explaining/showing some of the lesser known things specific to UK houses, systems, and he gave us tips about the area too... we were completely satisfied with our experience.

I've been registered with many letting agencies for months trying to find a place suitable for a single occupant in Brandon (mostly houses and bungalows) without any success, until I registered with Chilterns Agency in mid January 2023, and shortly after, I received a phone call to arrange a viewing for a 1bedroom flat in beautiful cul-du-sac area and within my budget, unfortunately due to some concerns, the landlord went with another tenant.. However, Ms Emma from Chilterns took a sidenote for my searching criteria and contacted me 2 days after to show me an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with the same budget and 30 sq.meter more, in a more suitable location, which is now my Home =]. By far, this is the best, swift response to action I've ever received! I entirely recommend this agency and make sure to ask for Emma Harvey! She single handedly got me a place better than I was looking for and for the same amount. Timespan from registering to finding my new place is 5 business days. Again, highly recommended. And make sure to ask for Emma.

GoogleI'm so grateful to Chiltern's for their help with both the sale and purchase of properties. We really felt that we were cared about and nothing was too much trouble or a hassle. Every query we had was answered, no matter how trivial, and we were seen as people rather than potential sales - we had met a couple of other estate agents whose eye was clearly only on the prize, but we didn't feel like this at all with Chiltern's. Every help was given that we needed, and the pragmatic approach of the business was really appreciated - we needed realism and practicality rather than a hard sale, and Chiltern's provided this brilliantly. Andrew, Darren, Yannis and Emma couldn't have been more helpful or caring, and I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Chiltern's to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property. A house move is always a challenging experience, but this was made as easy as possible by the team and I'm extremely thankful; they couldn't have been better.
