Great team, friendly and supportive. Super quick process and easy to manage using the goodlord system. Recommend them, I had Lucy welcome me to my property who was super friendly and helpful, she also had another lady with her but I cannot remember her name. The other dealings went through Lyndsey who was also brill. Had a small issue with my bathroom light breaking which was quickly resolved by my landlord and Kayleigh was super helpful. We are landlords for our property in Thetford and have used Chilterns to manage our property, getting and liaising with our tenants and bringing in contracts whenever the tenant reports any issues. Recently we decided to get maintenance work between tenants and Lucy from Chilterns managed this work as well as finding a new tenant very quickly and getting them checked and into the property without delays.
