We recently sold with Chilterns and our experience was brilliant, Andrew, Darren and Emma went above and beyond to help in anyway possible and good communication was kept throughout the process. There was no question that they would not help with, they ensured that our mortgage advisor, Solicitors, Buyers and other estate agents were up to date and aware of all happenings. I would like to add that Yannis was the first member of the team I met and he made me feel very confident about a process that I was extremely anxious about to begin with. After that the team all went out of there way to meet me and made me feel very at home with them all. My family and I could not recommend them more.

Sorry it’s been a while posting our review but we have been so busy renovating . Chilterns at Brandon from start to finish in selling our house to purchasing our bungalow was brilliant . They had found buyers for the house within a week and sold. And finding a bungalow ( which that part went smoothly.) Admit there were hiccups along the way which took longer than expected but not due to Chilterns but due to others in the chain buying ours. Which I can only thank Andrew and Daren chasing things up and really pushed our buyers side to get things sorted in the end so that we could purchase our bungalow. Thank you to both Darren and Andrew you are stars ⭐️ and have a great team .

I’ve been renting through Chilterns Estate Agents for over 5 years, and overall, it’s been a steady and reliable experience. From the initial viewing to moving in, the process was smooth and well-organized. The staff have always been polite and professional, and communication has generally been clear. Throughout the tenancy, any maintenance issues were addressed in a reasonable timeframe, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. They carried out regular inspections, which were handled respectfully, and the property was well looked after. I was very apprehensive about selling my bungalow and moving away to be nearer my family, following the sudden and untimely death of my husband. Right from the start, Chilterns helped allay my fears and promised to support me all the way, which is exactly what they did. Darren, who dealt with my sale, was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he had untold patience with my many questions and fears. He always managed to put my mind at rest, as did all the other staff in the office. When Darren wasn't in, I often spoke to Andrew, who again, couldn't have done more to help and was always very kind. Yannis, who came to see me at the very beginning of the process, when I was entering uncharted waters, couldn't have been more reassuring and gave me the confidence to choose Chilterns as my estate agents. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice , through their professional and yet, very down to earth approach. Andrew and his staff was were truly great to work with. Purchasing my second home, I spoke to several different estate agents and most seemed as if they were the typical used car salesmen (trying to make a sell and move on to the next person).
