We would fully recommend Chilterns and I n particular Andrew Jameson. Andrew dealt with us over the purchase of a property and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Generally you feel you are the only person who drives a purchase/sale and everyone else is just doing their jobs. I’m not sure if our purchase was particularly complicated but for us it seemed a bit of a minefield and Andrew really went the extra mile mile to support, sort things out, chase people for answers etc and all undertaken in a highly professional and personable manner. If you’re buying or selling, we’d recommend getting Andrew on your side, you won’t be disappointed.

My parents needed to move closer to myself and my sister. Yanis visited the bungalow and from the start focused on the needs of my parents and how he could help. At know point was there any pressure. The price he suggested was higher than other agents. After a few days we agreed to put the bungalow on the market. Andrew visited the house and was polite and exceptionally professional . Andrew, Darren and Emma looked after the sale though myself and my sister. Nothing is to much trouble for the team at Chilterns . They made what could have been a very traumatic experience for my parents very easy. Thinking of selling urge you to give them a call. Yannis knew that we probably will not be putting our place on the market before even visiting us. He talked about all our various options. Staying put and not doing anything. Staying put and having people in to update our property or sell and move... Yannis took the time to listen to all my design/upgrade ideas to get our property to how I would like it and even came up with a better idea.... Just show's he was really listening to our feelings and thoughts about things and not pushing us to sell our property at all. Yannis gave us a valuation, to give us an idea of what we had to play with money wise if looking to move! Bless his heart even gave other information like.... pro's and con's of equity release... how much a new roof may cost, if and when needed and just so much more outside of an estate agents remit. Well, what can I say.... Thank you for all the information you gave us and some further design advise... Your time and guidance was gratefully received. Apart from "thankyou so much" I cannot say how helpful you really were.

Before selling my house, I thought that all estate agents were the same. I was wrong. Unlike the real estate agents from whom I bought my new house, Darren and Andrew at Chilterns have been absolutely fantastic. Supportive, responsive and informative. They expertly dealt with the conveyancers to ensure that the sale was completed when I needed. I wished I could rely on them in the future, but unfortunately I moved from Suffolk to Surrey for work-related reasons... They come as very highly recommended.
