GoogleStarted renting a property 4 years ago. The move in process was fairly simple. Visiting from another country, I was not sure what to do with utilities. Chilterns had a list of companies that could supply all our utilities.
After move in, any problems were dealt with via Fixflow website. They were always dealt with quickly, when the landlord was easy to get ahold of.
Today I just cleared my move out inspection. They are very thorough to make sure the house is in the same condition that you received it. I only have to re-clean the windows and doors.
If I was a owner I would be happy to have them manage my property. As a renter, I'm happy that they also understand minor wear and tear is expected.
Would recommend Chilterns in Brandon to anyone looking to rent.
