Amazing company Only was at the property for 7months, but in that time experienced the best service. Firstly from Darren Savage, who was a pleasure to talk to, and ultimatly who made our minds to take the property, knowing we will be in safe hands. Whilst we was there, we needed a couple of things doing, got hold of Chilterns, and the very next day these items where sorted Finally, after leaving, had the pleasure of being seen out by the Branch manager Yanis, and Sue Horrex, both of which was amazing to be around, kind, genuine people, who not only saw us out with plenty of laughs and jokes, but also assisted us in a couple of minor problems with the house that we sorted there and then Couldnt have asked for a smoother ride, right from start to finish So thankyou all, and hope to deal with you again Toby & Stacey

Chilterns have been excellent in the two years we rented through them. Their online issue reporting system is brilliant and their response time to the problem reporting is very prompt. I found their checkout process to be very smooth and fair, and the deposit was returned to us in record time. They were also kind enough to give some details of their contractors to help with issues on our new property. Overall a very positive renting experience from Chilterns.

The Chilterns team at Brandon are brilliant. They have professionally and effectively managed the tenancy for my property. Throughout the tenancy they maintained great communication between myself and my tenants whilst I was working away. When it came to make the decision to sell the property, the sales team were equally brilliant and supportive through the entire sale process. Their superb advertising was definitely a huge factor in getting fast interest and offers on the property. They then went the extra mile throughout the conveyancing process to help ensure the sale of the properties in the chain went through as quickly as possible. Staff at Chilterns helped my brother sell his house when he moved into residential accommodation. They were very helpful, from Yannis visiting him at his new home to take instructions and the team then working with my husband and myself to sell the property on his behalf. Andrew and Darren gave us good advice when there was a hiccup they went the extra mile to make sure all the necessary documents were completed. We were always kept informed about what was going on and we would definitely use Chilterns again.

We would fully recommend Chilterns and I n particular Andrew Jameson. Andrew dealt with us over the purchase of a property and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Generally you feel you are the only person who drives a purchase/sale and everyone else is just doing their jobs. I’m not sure if our purchase was particularly complicated but for us it seemed a bit of a minefield and Andrew really went the extra mile mile to support, sort things out, chase people for answers etc and all undertaken in a highly professional and personable manner.
