19 years ago a young man was super helpful and instrumental in the purchase of my house, he was not I hasten to add the agent employed by me at the time but Andrew of Chilterns …fast forward to the present day and who else would I trust with the sale of my home but that very same but not so young man Andrew(with help from Darren) Chilterns have kept me informed throughout the process and calmed me down when it got all a bit much!!I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Andrew is a star ⭐️⭐️

I was very apprehensive about selling my bungalow and moving away to be nearer my family, following the sudden and untimely death of my husband. Right from the start, Chilterns helped allay my fears and promised to support me all the way, which is exactly what they did. Darren, who dealt with my sale, was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he had untold patience with my many questions and fears. He always managed to put my mind at rest, as did all the other staff in the office. When Darren wasn't in, I often spoke to Andrew, who again, couldn't have done more to help and was always very kind. Yannis, who came to see me at the very beginning of the process, when I was entering uncharted waters, couldn't have been more reassuring and gave me the confidence to choose Chilterns as my estate agents. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice , through their professional and yet, very down to earth approach. I can't praise the team highly enough and thank them for their first class service. I can thoroughly recommend them !

Andrew and his staff was were truly great to work with. Purchasing my second home, I spoke to several different estate agents and most seemed as if they were the typical used car salesmen (trying to make a sell and move on to the next person). Andrew was very active in assisting me stay on top of the solicitors and provided updates throughout the process. This really helped ease my mind. I would highly recommend this office for your buying needs.

As a result we decided to utilise Chilterns local knowledge and expertise to manage our rental! Again the service was outstanding. Would give less if I could. Bunch of liers. Inquired about a property a few weeks ago to be told no not available. Two weeks later the property is still available and the ad has been changed. They only want US military in their properties so they can charge double the rent. Can't get any property within 15 miles of Brandon thanks to military. One bed places priced over one thousand a month. Complete joke of an agency.

I have lived in a house managed by Chilterns for 3 1/2 years. In general I have found them to be very reasonable. The house was not the best maintained (not due to Chilterns), but the agent reacted promptly to any requests I had, and I have a feeling they were advocating on my behalf towards the owner on several occasions. The handover at end of lease was a smooth experience and I found them - again - to be very reasonable. Overall I have been happy with the service provided.
