We've just sold our house through Chilterns. The pictures and writeup were excellent with the price set at a sensible level based on expert advice and knowledge of the area. Andrew and the team at Brandon have been outstanding. The regular updates and advice throughout the whole process were very much appreciated. Andrew even offered help and advice on our purchase, even though it was via a rival estate agent. The fees are slightly higher than their rivals, but I felt that this was money well spent for the service we received.

I hate talking on the phone with the receptionists. It seems they always have an attitude, it makes dealing with this company a terrible experiance. I've been renting for almost three years and everytime I'm on the phone they have to say something disrespectful such as when I was paying rent with my card, "Why dont you have your rent setup like every other military member?" -Allison Or when I was on the phone running the water trying to see if the hot water works yet."You have to run the water longer then 3 seconds." (Clearly ran the water longer then 3 seconds.) Or "you dont remember that when you signed the lease agreement?" (2 years after the fact I signed it) I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Find a different letting agency, it will save you the headache.NegativeProfessionalism

Amazing service! Chilterns have been so helpful throughout the years we have rented through them, always responding promptly to any queries/problems we had. Recently they have helped us move from one property under them to another and due to a cross over period they were helping us deal with 2 houses at once. They are always friendly and calm and ensured our transition went as smoothly and as stressfree as possible. I spent a lot of time back and forward on the phone and was never made to feel like I was pestering or a hindrance. 100% would recommend.

Started renting a property 4 years ago. The move in process was fairly simple. Visiting from another country, I was not sure what to do with utilities. Chilterns had a list of companies that could supply all our utilities. After move in, any problems were dealt with via Fixflow website. They were always dealt with quickly, when the landlord was easy to get ahold of. Today I just cleared my move out inspection. They are very thorough to make sure the house is in the same condition that you received it. I only have to re-clean the windows and doors. If I was a owner I would be happy to have them manage my property. As a renter, I'm happy that they also understand minor wear and tear is expected. Would recommend Chilterns in Brandon to anyone looking to rent.
