GoogleExtremely unprofessional who do not protect their tenants, do not follow mandatory code of conduct. In breach of Section 8, Viewings (8a) and Access to Premises (8e). Tristram's Estate Agent forced the live in tenant to do their 3 monthly house checks even though when told that we did not feel comfortable undertaking this frequent checks, we felt unsafe around random people coming into our house as they wish - not once but multiple time until this was challenged by me. The reality is that you ignored her wishes and instructions. Surprisingly, they claimed to have maintenance manager that is not proactive to maintenance issues. All they do is to encouraged landlords to increase rents. How do i know about this - Tristrams mistakenly sent me the copy without knowing. Disgusting, money hungry Estate Agent. Stay away from them. Hopefully like their other estate agents will shut down soon.

Tristrams followed my requests thoroughly during the process, conducted viewings, kept me informed, always answered the phone promptly and in the end got a better price than I would have got previously. GoogleWhat could have been a complicated process has been so straightforward with Lizzie and the team. Every email and query has been answered very quickly and although never meeting face to face, the whole experience has been (and still is!) very personal and friendly. I really appreciate the service that they have given me! Would definitely recommend :)

GoogleAwful, dishonest and unprofessional. Just a scroll through these reviews and their responses will show you how rude these clowns are and how little they care. Rented through them but wasn’t told that I was actually renting through a company called housing 35. The building was still half finished when I moved in, constant building work and no wifi at all for the whole year despite this being advertised. On top of this, the building was unsafe to live in. The building work meant that the main door to enter the building would not shut, therefore anyone off the street could walk in (very dodgy area too so I ended up staying at home over 2 hours away for weeks). Also, a whole window fell out (completely off the hinges) when I tried to open it. Nobody responds when you need something but they bombard you with calls asking if they can book viewings in your flat 24/7. Also sent me a very interesting rental contract AFTER I paid deposit saying I wasn’t allowed overnight visitors. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed. CIRCUS SHOW!

GoogleTristram’s have been a pleasure to help secure an apartment for me and my partner to let. We originally went to view a different property with Alex but due to circumstances out of his control, we were actually unable to view this as the landlord had decided to let out the property and not inform Tristrams at all, Alex however recommended a different property in the same area that had just come up so me and my partner decided to book a viewing for the very next day. We went to view the apartment and found it to be the perfect size for the two of us and had that “this is the place” moment. After viewing we contacted Alex and he helped us secure it that very same day with the landlord. Couldn’t recommend Tristrams or Alex enough! :)

GoogleMy Mother recently passed away and I chose Tristrams to manage the sale of the property on a bit of a random basis as their offices were on the route I took from my house to my late Mother's. I am glad that I made that decision as the customer service I received was some of the best I have experienced. From the outset my sensitive sale circumstances were treated with respect and understanding by Liam who provided me with a professional overview of the market and the likely outcomes for my sale, which were achieved. Liam also recommended use of the advanced sale process which I utilised and which removed any uncertainty from the process. Talia handled the sales negotiations with diligence and kept me fully informed of developments. Her communication with me was excellent and she had the best telephone manner that I have encountered. PJ was very personable and dealt with viewings effectively. Tristrams provided me with a highly professional service and all interactions with their staff were pleasant. Tristrams did what they said they would do for me and delivered. For all these reasons I would thoroughly recommend Tristrams.

GoogleI have been looking recently for suitable rented accommodation to move from Bristol to Nottingham. I made an initial enquiry re applying for a property and the follow up by Luke at Tristrams has been excellent. I was sent a video tour of the property, invited to view it and kept informed via phone, email and text. I was so impressed I rang him back which I wouldn't normally do and after a brief and efficient chat about what I'm looking for and the timeframe I will look at any properties he sends me in future. Very good, efficient and committed company. Kate

GoogleUsing Tristram's services has been a really nice experience for me. They are excellent communicators and highly effective at what they do. Cora, one of their agents, has been really helpful to me. Her outstanding communication made sure that finding a place to live for me went well. She followed up with me and kept providing me listings for properties that would meet my budget. In general, they are an excellent company and I would advise using them in the future.
