GoogleI was really impressed with the service that Tristram’s provided throughout the sale and purchase process and would like to thank Liam and Jesse in particular for keeping in regular communication with me and for being so responsive to my queries and requests. I would definitely think about using Tristram’s again in the future.

GoogleCannot say enough good things about Tristrams. Amazing service and went above an beyond what was required. Dale was excellent. Calling everyday to give updates. Chasing buyers solicitors (who were useless, but that’s a different story) as well as ours when information wasn’t coming at the pace required. Would not hesitate to recommend Tristrams to anyone selling their property.

GoogleAvoid this company, if you are a tenant. All the good reviews are from the landlord. I have booked a room and paid a deposit. I also got email from Vouch(Company they use for tenancy applications) saying the application is complete. The day before my move in date, they have decided to not give me room because landlord gave it to someone else. I was furious but i said okay show me what else is available and person called luke was supposed to show me the house. I went there no one turned up. Something like that happened when i went to view other properties through this agency. Once they didn't have keys to the property and were turned away. The company ask for reviews before you even apply and they put you in very awkward position not to leave a review. Most of the positive reviews are from landlords. If you students, avoid this company at all.

GoogleI've moved from rented properties countless times over the past 15 years and Tristrams really have provided the best and easiest experience. From the first meeting they were clear on costs with no hidden charges, always easy to contact and always quick to reply. Everything was handled quickly and effectively in a professional manner and I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe had a house viewing with Nicola today and she was great! She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. She showed us around the house and let us explore for ourselves too. We got told all the appropriate information and she was a massive help. Thanks Nicola for showing us around!
