GoogleTristram's have been a breath of fresh air during our property acquisition journey, a fantastic agent in all respects. In particular, Charlie Smith has been incredibly helpful, offering excellent advice throughout the entire process. I would thoroughly recommend Tristram's!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional who do not protect their tenants, do not follow mandatory code of conduct. In breach of Section 8, Viewings (8a) and Access to Premises (8e). Tristram's Estate Agent forced the live in tenant to do their 3 monthly house checks even though when told that we did not feel comfortable undertaking this frequent checks, we felt unsafe around random people coming into our house as they wish - not once but multiple time until this was challenged by me. The reality is that you ignored her wishes and instructions. Surprisingly, they claimed to have maintenance manager that is not proactive to maintenance issues. All they do is to encouraged landlords to increase rents. How do i know about this - Tristrams mistakenly sent me the copy without knowing. Disgusting, money hungry Estate Agent. Stay away from them. Hopefully like their other estate agents will shut down soon.

GoogleWe are currently buying a property that is being sold by Tristrams and Talia, the agent on our case, has been fantastic. She keeps us well informed and has helped us navigate some tricky issues with our chain. Even though we haven't completed yet she has made sure everything from the top of our chain has been smooth.

GoogleFantastic service from Charlie Smith and the team. Was very responsive to initial enquiry and quickly attended to give a lettings valuation. Quickly secured a tenant and took care of all paperwork. Made what can be a very complicated service very easy!

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID if you are a tenant. Refusing to own up to any responsibility - our student house is INHABITABLE, impossible to get hold of the landlord too. Rented a student house in Nottingham - there were maggots, mould all over the wall and blinds, dirty mattresses, paint droppings and litter all over the floor, dirty UNDERWEAR and bedding in the drawers, countless broken furniture, grim dirty surfaces, 20 bin bags dumped in the garden of grass cuttings which haven’t come from the garden as it’s concrete, rubbish everywhere, no lights in rooms - there is a lamp in the kitchen and a no handle on the oven. Unless you want to get ill from mould and have to go through an agonising process of contacting the uni, housing body and council as well as losing lots of money I’d recommend staying far away from Tristrams and going somewhere else!!!!

GoogleWe received helpful and speedy responses from the property manager to our queries. We were very grateful when Liam sorted out an issue for us, taking responsibility for contacting all parties to resolve it quickly. A friendly voice at the end of the phone is very reassuring.
