Before you buy a new home from Peabody, check out their 'after sales' experience, look at reviews on Trustpilot page for parent-company Peabody.co.ukThe sale might be pleasant but then you're stuck with a landlord who increases estate service charges 50% year on year, promises 'concierge' and 'community', actually delivers worse than no service at all. From a leaseholder resident 5-6 years in SW11.

There are some snags as houses inevitably have; Aftercare has addressed some, and some now put on hold given the circumstances - I'm reasonably comfortable that they'll be addressed. I had good pre-sales experience up till the moment the contracts were exchanged. The house completion could have been better. Had issues getting the front yard and the garden cleaned on time, but sorted it out in a few weeks. There are few lingering which are still being worked on by the after sales.
