We’ve just bought our first house at Rutherford Fields in Leighton Buzzard! Couldn’t be happier with the service and this development! We felt really looked after from the very start of the process! Highly recommended if you haven’t looked at this development already. Catalysts homes are built and finished off to such a high quality, we’d looked at lot of other local developments and their products totally stood out! Sarah in the sales team is super helpful too and nothing was too much trouble :-) thanks everyone!

The process was smooth though there were some hurdles, However, some of the staff are exemplary great like Steve Purley. He will go the extra mile to support you. He was great. However, there are some rooms for improvement in relation to buildings.

The place is extremely fine, but one thing the housing association lack is CCTV or security on site to ensure residents safety, whether house owner or a tenant. catalyst should have got more stars but this is paramount and hygiene.
