They were both friendly and helpful providing helpful information about the new accommodation I will be moving into. Absolutely amazing service from Krissy and Joesph at the lanes development. Nothing was to much trouble they was always updating us throughout every step. Amazing response to emails and phone call and WOW they really pull out all the stop to get us moved in in time. Catalyst should be proud to have these two as part of there team. Do NOT trust Catalyst under any circumstance. All the information the give you will be false. They lure you in and then will raise your service charge by over 35 percent yearly!! You will not be able to afford to pay your rent/SC soon but will be stuck if you buy from them. It will be impossible to resell your place because the charges will be astronomical!!

We have had a really positive experience so far in the purchase of our first home via shared ownership. Both Laura and Charli have gone above and beyond to answer questions and respond to queries quickly. Nothing is too much trouble, everything has been explained well and they’ve both been lovely! We can’t wait to move into our new home in the Benson Hopefield Grange development.

Once you have paid you are totally forgotten! Been in a new but for 19 months now and we have so many outstanding issues, such as continue loss of water or hot water! You have to fight for every repair, and communication is a disgrace!
