I couldn’t be more happy with my apartment. It was a long winding road to get here, delays owing to brexit and Covid (understandable) so I was a little frustrated at times. Stefan was always very polite in handling my situation and cared a lot about the process. He’s been accommodating before and even after with the post move care side of things.

Ilona was absolutely brilliant

Ilona was absolutely brilliant from start to end! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and super responsive which was greatly appreciated given some of the other Peabody processes being rather slow and unresponsive. Unexplainable delays

It’s been nearly three months since a management pack was requested by the seller of a flat we are trying to purchase. Despite chasing, assurances that the pack will be shared by a certain timeframe, we are still waiting amidst uncertainty and are now technically without a home as our current lease has ended and our purchase has been delayed by over a month. Really disappointed and feeling helpless at this point without any resolution in sight.
