We went onto the market with Haart as our second agent after a long few months with not many viewings and we wish we had gone with Haart first. Lloyd and his team were fantastic. They were all very knowledgeable and polite. Being open and honest but always doing thier best to get us sold. Mia who took most of our potential buyers around our house did a fantastic job. Can’t praise Rachael Clarke in Braintree enough for the service she provided us with. We had a few issues regarding the purchase of our property and she chased the vendor for these quickly and efficiently and always kept us updated on progress. Would definitely recommend Haart and her in particular, although the other staff were also extremely helpful if Rachael wasn’t immediately readily available. Overall Haart was a pleasure to buy through. After sales service also fabulous. Thanks Rachel and the rest of Haart Braintree.

Mia was my agent, extremely helpful throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for her and the team. It did not feel like I was dealing with an estate agent but instead like I had known them all for years.
