I recently dealt with Shannay while bidding on a property. I found her to be very friendly, professional and an excellent communicator. Having been unimpressed with our dealings with another estate agency prior to this, she was a breath of fresh air ! I highly recommend her. *Updated* Post my initial review I wanted to add some additional thoughts around sale progression. I did not realise just how hard and stressful this can be and I have to stress how grateful we are to Zenobia Hoare (further supported by Shannay) on helping get our purchase over the line. Zenobia went above and beyond chasing down the whole chain and dealing with some less than impressive progressors and conveyancers towards the bottom of our chain. You will be in safe hands if you use them.

Very impressive service we received from everyone we engaged with from the receptionist handling the calls and the agents dealing with our sale. Unfortunately it was a long drawn out process due to our purchasers solicitor but the advice we received from Haart was always really helpful. Charisma Borley , Shannay Jarvis and in particular Zenobia Hoare who became involved over the last few months were always very professional in their advice , empathic to our position, respectful , helpful , kept us informed and responsive, and managed to keep a sense of humour even when we were all very frustrated with the other side at times! I would like to thank Zenobia and her team including Charisma at Haart Braintree. My mum and dad started theirovikg journey 2 years ago and with two moves falling through with other agents we decide to put their bungalow on the market for the third and last time. We purchased our new home through haart Braintree, who were acting for the seller, and both Shannay Jarvis and Zenobia Hoare played an important part in helping a long and complicated transaction reach exchange. Shannay, the Branch Manager, was excellent from the outset. She sold us the house, remained approachable throughout and stepped in personally when the transaction became particularly difficult. Even when I raised concerns, she responded with real grace, patience and professionalism. She took the time to speak with me at length, listened carefully and followed up with clear, detailed emails setting out the relevant milestones and next steps, exactly as I had requested. She never once became defensive or impatient. Zenobia, the Sales Progressor, worked extremely hard on the seller’s side of the transaction, supporting the seller and liaising constructively with Gemma Williams and Jules Cain at Boydens, as well as all the solicitors involved. It was a challenging chain, but she remained courteous, professional and committed to helping matters move forward. Once we reached exchange, she continued to assist by promptly forwarding our post-exchange queries and keeping us updated. Property transactions can become stressful very quickly, particularly when difficulties arise lower down a long and complicated chain, but Shannay and Zenobia both showed genuine care, perseverance and professionalism. We are extremely grateful for everything they did to help us secure our new home and would happily recommend them both, and haart Braintree, to others. They did not simply sell the property; they worked hard to help see the transaction through and showed real consideration for all parties involved along the way. Thank you both. Your efforts genuinely made a difference to us, and your input was instrumental in helping this transaction succeed.
