Trying to find a property to rent can sometimes be a stressful and nerve wracking experience as its not a regular activity to do in life. This being said our estate agents, Lisa and Minty made everything stress free. Lisa showed up promptly to the viewing and showed me around the property with excellent knowledge of the location and the property itself. After going ahead with the property Minty took care of everything, talking me through the process of reference checks and everything else that would come with renting. I would recommend going with Haart estate agents as the team are very professional in the job that they do.

Can not fault the service provided by Jordan Smith - Residential Sales Consultant, during a recent valuation of my elderly In-laws property. Jordan was very professional in explaining the services Harrt provide and showed my in-laws great courtesy and compassion when going over points they wanted re-explained until she was assured they understood. Based on this and on comparrison with other estate agents I am pleased to say that my In-laws have instructed Jordan to proceed with the sale of their property. Lisa Thornton showed us a cottage outside Braintree, she is the most engaged agent we've dealt with while looking for somewhere to rent. She was very communicative and punctual, she answered all our questions and whatever she couldn't answer during the viewing she got back to us within a few hours afterwards. She was also very friendly and genuine! We've had a rental offer accepted on the cottage in no small part to what a great first impression Lisa made from our first phonecall to Haart.

Very easy to deal with. Always polite. We were given all the information we needed up front, which is more than we have had previously. Araminta is the lady who has been helping us. She is absolutely fantastic, very informative and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend using Haart. Edited to add: after moving in and going through Haart for all of our maintenance issues and all issues that need our landlord, their service has not changed, it is still fantastic. Millie is our new agent dealing with all the post-moving in and she is fantastic. She has been very helpful and polite, keeping us up to date with everything. Jordan arrived earlier than the stated time and very quickly introduced herself as well as making clear that the priority of the meeting was to give a probate house valuation rather than try to sell me the Haart marketing strategies that I was not so bothered about at this stage. Stay well away from this company .We rented a flat in witham from them but they were not interested in any problems We had water pouring down the wall in the bedroom due to a leaking roof .The windows would not close properly and the landlord told us we couldn't open the windows ,he was only allowed to do it cause he owned the flat ????? .Basically if we opened the windows they would probably fall out .The energy certificate on the flat was F which is illegal to rent but do u think Haart cared ? Millie was absolutely useless and even lost our keys on the hand back and Haart tried to blame us .Basically if u want to live in a condemned property contact Haart

Millie is our contact now we are in the property, and she is also fantastic, informative and very friendly. She has replied to all our communication swiftly, and is great at dealing with our questions. Cannot fault Haart or their service at all. Our experience with Haart in Braintree was an absolutely brilliant one, and credit goes especially to Shannay Jarvis who instructed the sale of our property. She totally changed our opinion of estate agents actually :) She was honest, kind and made every transaction a really positive one. She communicates brilliantly well with people of all ages and from all kinds of backgrounds and has a very authentic and caring air about her. Our whole family liked Shannay and felt perfectly at ease when she visited our property and handled our sale. She works incredibly hard, is so respectful and really does deserve to be recognised in her field. It's not often an estate agent elicits such trust and confidence but Shannay absolutely does. Not sure who her boss is but whoever they are, please give her a pay rise and make sure you do everything to keep her, she's an absolute asset to you.
