Never had such a positive experience with an estate agent! We had the pleasure of having a viewing with minty for a property that we were interested in renting. Minty was personable, professional and so so friendly. She was able to answer all our questions and reassure us of any worries that we had. Unlike other estate agents, minty has been fantastic from the get go and is so easy to communicate with and keeps you updated with every stage of the process. She is so efficient and you feel like you’re in safe hands. I would highly recommend Minty to anyone looking to rent and wish more estate agents could be of her calibre!

Shannay came to value my bereaved sister's property in Cressing. She was on time and showed great interest in the maisonette and had a few good ideas to whom it could be marketed (restricted market due to lease length). She took time to listen to the unique features of the property and was very easy to talk to. We have not had to market the property after all, but I highly recommend Shannay.

When I moved house last time, my seller used Haart and I was just so impressed at how they managed the move for all parties, and especially how they made the move happen as quick as possible. When I moved this time, I wanted to use the same people, and my experience was really good again. Right from the start, they were very honest and upfront with what the house could sell for, how the process would work, and the communication has been excellent all the way through. I also like the little things, for example, whenever you call the office you can either get through to someone, or they’ll ring you back pretty quick.
