My experience with Morgan at Haart has been phenomenal. She is currently doing a tenant find for my property and her work ethic, attitude and overall professionalism is amazing. I am regularly updated with potential tenants as well as given a good overview of potential candidates. It is hard to find good, honest and credible estate agents.. typically they are only interested in their commission. However, Morgan is a breath of fresh air and has been superb in taking great pride and care in wanting to find someone that is to my liking. I highly recommend using their services and definitely ask for Morgan!!!

My home was initially listed with another estate agents that unsuccessfully sat on the market for several weeks with barely any interest. I changed over to Haart and dealt with Shannay Jarvis and I cannot fault my experience. Shannay has been nothing but professional throughout the whole process with keeping me updated so I knew where we were at. On the brink of the chain nearly collapsing at the last hurdle due to the bottom of the chain causing issue after issue, delay after delay Shannay was amazing. I would highly recommend Haart from their marketing to the way they handled COVID safe views and more. I cannot thank Shannay enough for making one of the most stressful things you can do (buying / selling a property) so much easier.

We have been dealing with HAART in Braintree whilst selling our house. The staff at HAART have been absolutely amazing especially Shannay. Shannay has been so reliable and on the ball through the whole process. She booked in so many viewings that resulted in our house being sold within a week of being on the market! She then introduced us to Clare the in house mortgage broker, who was just as amazing and helped us achieve getting a mortgage for our dream home. Despite some delays in solicitor issues Shannay has helped liaise with them on our behalf which we are so grateful for. Could not recommend enough! Thank you!!

Jason Weston is exactly the right person to sell your home. He is friendly, honest and knowledgeable of the area. I've just sold a retirement flat through haarts at Braintree and have received friendly and efficient service from all the staff at the office. Dan has been my main point of contact and has kept me up to date at every stage, being extremely helpful and approachable throughout. Thanks also to the manager Arron who stepped in on the day of exchange of contracts to deal with some tricky negotiations with both solicitors and our buyers, resulting in successful completion the following day. As we originally bought this property through haarts at Braintree I would certainly recommend them for both buying and selling.
