As a long term property investor I have had many dealings with estate agents throughout the UK and unfortunately I have to say that most of these companies are average at best. Haart Braintree on the other hand I have always found to be exceptional throughout my lettings experience and most recently their sales team. I was fortunate enough to have worked with a recent hire by the name of Bryony Jade. Bryony went above and beyond with her amount of enthusiasm and effort that she displayed when marketing and showing my property. Bryony's diligence resulted in the sale of my property within a couple of weeks and this was a direct consequence of her persistence outside of her usual working hours. If all estate agents showed half of this young lady's work ethic, the sale and purchase process in the UK would be a lot less stressful. 5* stars.

Our experience with Haart Lettings witham was nothing but superb from start to finish. Our first conversation was with Ed who really got to know us and what we was looking for in a new home. We felt like he really understood our situation and promised that we would be looked after, Ed introduced us to the ever professional and polite Morgan who has been our rock throughout the process. Morgan hasn't let us down and found us a new home. At first we wasn't sure in our location,but Morgan just knew this home was for us and preserved with viewing and eventually we went to see the house and fell in love. My home was initially listed with another estate agents that unsuccessfully sat on the market for several weeks with barely any interest. I changed over to Haart and dealt with Shannay Jarvis and I cannot fault my experience. Shannay has been nothing but professional throughout the whole process with keeping me updated so I knew where we were at. On the brink of the chain nearly collapsing at the last hurdle due to the bottom of the chain causing issue after issue, delay after delay Shannay was amazing. I would highly recommend Haart from their marketing to the way they handled COVID safe views and more. My experience with Morgan at Haart has been phenomenal. She is currently doing a tenant find for my property and her work ethic, attitude and overall professionalism is amazing. I am regularly updated with potential tenants as well as given a good overview of potential candidates. It is hard to find good, honest and credible estate agents.. typically they are only interested in their commission. However, Morgan is a breath of fresh air and has been superb in taking great pride and care in wanting to find someone that is to my liking. I highly recommend using their services and definitely ask for Morgan!!!

Haart worked around my situation and Jason made me feel confident and assured that property would sell. They were right and my property sold very quickly.
