Recently organised a couple of viewings through this agent. Teddy was our point of contact for the viewings and my initial report is Teddy fulfilled the three P’s with ease. Teddy was punctual, polite and professional. Where he did not have the answers to our sometimes laughable questions he asked us to email him and he would get back to us. We are currently dealing with this agent and also one of their competitors in the surrounding area so I will revise this review in due course. I will quickly add the communication with Shannay has been very friendly and professional.

We have been renting a property through Haart Braintree for the past 19 months. The tradesmen that have carried out repairs on the property are highly skilled and very professional with issues being promptly and efficiently attended to. Minty has been extremely helpful throughout the process, from viewing the property, answering all my questions to next steps towards completion, which eased my nerves during the whole process. I’m so pleased we chose Haart to sell our house. Selling a home can be very stressful and a real feeling of trust needs to be between you and your estate agent. The staff at Haart have been extremely efficient and excellent communicators. We’ve been very pleased with our estate agent, Gary, from the onset. He offered us honesty and integrity, even during difficult economic times, we were helped along the way with the correct guidance and reassurance, nothing has been a stress and we’ve been so pleased to work with him. Any time we had to reach Gary, we could connect through to his mobile number or the office, if we had to leave a message, our call was always returned. I have felt so comfortable during the whole process and I can honestly say, selling this house has actually been a very pleasant experience. Update October 2022. I am not leaving my apartment, and I would like to mention four members of staff at the estate agents that are always so great - Nathan Bourne, Millie Essam, Alison Sadler and Hollie (who works at the maintenance team). No matter what, these four people have kept communication and helped me with EVERYTHING I have needed. Millie Essam has been my main point of contact throughout my stay at my apartment, and I am so grateful for everything that they have done for me ♥️ Thank you everyone at haart, for making my stay at my apartment, easy and stress free. Definitely the best estate agents in town or anywhere, I have never met such a polite and full of energy group, who are willing to help with the smallest to the biggest of situations, whether this be personal guidance or support for bill payments etc, to maintenance issues, and everything in between. Amazing workers, at an amazing branch 🥰 honestly, thank you all so much. If it wasn’t for this team I would have potentially been homeless twice. They go above and beyond. I will be forever grateful for everything you have done for me! Thank you so much!! I have an apartment private rented through haart and needed a fire alarm replacement - due to this being live wired, this is not something I could do! I called haart and they said they will contact my landlord immediately. To which they did. I then received a missed call followed by an email from a person called Millie Essam, who was probably the most polite and welcoming person That I had ever encountered via email haha - I could feel the good vibes projecting through the types words 👩🏼‍💻 .. anyway - this was booked and arranged on the same day and then fixed on the next. Very speedy and excellent service from them all of the time. And not only that, they were the best estate agents that I spoke with and dealt with in the whole of braintree when I was looking for my first apartment 2 years ago, everyone that works there that I interacted with was actually genuine and didn't want to just get my name on their system, they really wanted to help! The person that came to attend my fire alarm was very polite, communication throughout was great and got the job done very quick (he was tall so it came in handy)😌😄

I Recently had a problem with no hot water so contacted Haart to report it. I had the pleasure of dealing with Millie Essam who was outstanding. She was very friendly, helpful and understood how serious our situation was and acted on it immediately. She kept us informed throughout and in no time we had someone turn up who sorted the problem and hot water was flowing again. Can't thank Millie enough, she was very professional and it was the most positive experience I've ever had dealing with someone from a letting agency. Before putting the house on the market it underwent a full renovation which took 4 months to complete. Gary viewed the property before during and after the works were completed sharing useful tips and advice throughout the renovation which no doubt added value and were beneficial to the final outcome. The property was SSTC within just a few days of going to market following a block viewing event which was organised and booked via the Braintree Haart team. The one to one service offered from Haart is outstanding, with a huge thank you to Bryony for her high level of professionalism and attention to detail with the prospective buyers that visited the property. We have dealt with Gary of Haart on 2 separate occasions. In the first instance he helped us find buyers for the sale of a plot of land, and secondly, the sale of our home. The first transaction was long and drawn out (not the fault of Haart, or the buyers - just one of those things) and at all times we were kept informed, and Haart did what they could to keep the journey moving. In the sale of our house, buyers were found very quickly and we achieved the asking price we were after. Courteous and professional at all times. Very happy with the service we received.

We have recently purchased a house through Haart, they were acting for the seller. The service - although not ours to pay for - from Haart, particularly Shannay, was absolutely amazing. We had various ‘stumbling blocks’ but Shannay went above and beyond to get the deal closed and dates arranged - even to the extent she delivered the keys personally to us on completion very late in the day.
