I recently dealt with Sophie Stallman whilst navigating a last minute rental agreement. Sophie understood the urgency of my situation and ensured I had collected the keys to the property within 5 days. She dealt with all queries promptly and professionally. Due to the excellent level of communication I felt updated on the progress of my application at all times. An extremely stressful situation was made into a positive experience thanks to Sophie and also Lily who was professional and followed through on my communications with the office at all times. I felt it was a very good start to the tenancy and made sure I reported this back to the owners of the property.

Trying to buy a property nowadays can be extremely stressful however I was EXTREMELY lucky to have the pleasure of having Shannay and Charisma in my corner sorting everything out for me! I cannot express the stress that I have previously had with other estate agents trying to buy three other properties before that have fallen through however I was SO lucky to have gone with Haart to finally get my dream first property! Shannay and Charisma have been absolute stars, keeping my updated at EVERY stage and even managing to update me before I made calls to find out updates (which is extremely rare to happen for me!) Shannay even went out of her way to go and show my partner the property before she officially started work as that was the only time he could do otherwise we would've missed out on the property! We had a great experience with Haart. We found a property online and within 24 hours of booking the original viewing, we had an accepted offer! They were continuously accommodating and have continued to keep us updated and have answered any questions we have had. Charisma has been amazing at updating us throughout the process and being very prompt with her responses. We have had the very good fortune to buy and sell a property through Haart estate agents Braintree. The team have been fantastic and had a great deal of support from the sales team as well as Laura the mortgage broker who successfully secured our mortgage when other brokers failed. A big thank you to Shannay who worked very hard to secure the purchase of our new property. Admittedly it was a massive ask from Shannay and the team, but she pulled out all the stops and worked relentlessly for a few days to secure our purchase. My husband is a current tenant with one of the properties that haart manages. We reached out to receive permission from our landlord to see about getting me a letter for permission for me to live there as well. I am in the process of applying for a UK visa and this was a necessary step. Millie was the primary property manager that we worked with. She met us at the property and gave us heads-up that she was early as it was difficult to find, so we really appreciated that. She was very professional during the viewing of the property and understanding of our requirements. We wanted a few things tweaked and Lili coordinated this smoothly with the landlord.
