We had such a great experience with Shannay helping get our property on the market. A really quick turn around from a phone call asking about how it works for to getting the property on the market to her coming to take photos of the house and having it online in no time at all. Within two days of having it on the market we had a viewing booked. The photos of the property looked great, everything written about the property was brilliant to . We will definitely be looking to have Shannay sell our home again for us when the time comes. Horrible agency. Feel bad for the workers as with their policies and way to deal with situation it’s silly , I won’t work there even if they will pay me with gold, and I will never use them again in rental. They steal money from us and lied that we can’t actually rent a house because of bad credit ( when I’ve asked what’s wrong they taking the piss just because we are foreigners ) making laugh and fun of us . Now we live in the same house where they said “we can’t due to bad credit “ with the same “bad credit score” . They play with us 3 months and take deposit , after that they dumped us like trash. Horrible experience as owner of a business my self only I can tell it’s that all of you being pathetic because I actually know how things are supposed to be and you being lying all the time to us, shame on you. Avoid if you don’t want to lose your deposit .
