We recently bought a house being listed by Haart Estate Agents in Braintree, and we had nothing but excellent things to say about the way they handled the whole process, from the first viewing, though to post sale, despite the issues we faced due to COVID 19. We first enquired about the house with Shannay after seeing it on Rightmove, and a viewing was quickly booked in for us for the following day. Gary initially walked us round the house for our first viewing, and not only was was he very knowledgeable on the house we were viewing, but the area too. After a tour of the house and some background from Gary, it was nice that he then let us view the house for ourselves without interrupting, unless we had a question. Any questions we had that he wasn't 100% sure on, he would check for us, and would have an answer for us almost immediately. We viewed many houses in the area before we purchased this house, and it was refreshing to be dealt with by someone who was not "salesy", but who listened to what we wanted. Once our offer was accepted, and we were some way into the process of buying the house, we were then hit by delays due to COVID 19. The solicitors we were dealing became very rigid, which made exchange and completion on the house much more complex, and were faced with some frustrating hold ups which then prompted us to get back in touch with Gary. He was very quick to support us, and contacted the sellers on our behalf to resolve what we would call very petit issues being brought up by the solicitors. Eventually everything was sorted, mainly down to Gary's excellent support throughout, and we are now happily in our new house. We cannot thank Gary enough for the way he handled everything through a very crazy time for buying and selling houses. Thanks again.

Haart Braintree were fantastic in helping to complete our move during the lockdown period this year, assisting in helping other buyers in the chain to ensure the sale moved forward as well. They kept in regular contact with updates on the progress of the sale, always came back to any questions we had to ask, and never seemed to mind when we bothered then when we were unsure on what was happening. It is fair to say they aren't the cheapest out there, but they are worth every penny for the service and professionalism they showed throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again to move when the time comes.
