Chloe Stuttle arrived promptly for our first meeting (actually was there 5 mins early), as opposed to another Estate Agent that was well over 20 mins late (1st impressions count!). Charisma Borley in the office has supported well, providing updates and pushing matter along. Recommended.

GoogleLately it has been difficult to find a home to rent after the sale of my house. Mainly because I have dogs and never thought to be renting again. Although I’m currently in Cheshire relocating back to Essex and renting as a stop gap. Araminta Blackwell at Haart letting has been helping me through this entire process. Her attention to detail and her client retention (aka me) has been very impressive. Most agents don’t ever both replying back or following up with an email or just general keeping you in the loop, even if they think the property might not work out. Araminta has managed to overcome the smallest details that only come to the aged experienced brokers. Haart has been very helpful so far and I will continue to use them for any homes within this area. And Araminta has a bright future and will be my go to broker.

GoogleA very long stressful sale due to things out of everyone's control made so much easier with Shannay helping us! She is worth her weight in gold, amazing agent who is on the ball, chased every party pushing for things to be done. She took a massive load off our minds and cannot recommend her enough. We dealt with so many estate agents in our hunt for our forever home and none were anywhere near as competent as her. If your selling your home or wanting to buy one from Haart then ask for Shannay she restored my faith back in estate agents.

GoogleWorking with Shannay Jarvis on purchasing our first home has been great. She is extremely approachable, no question or query is an issue, gave us a lovely viewing in a no pressure/hard selling environent, freedom to walk around the property at leisure but on hand if needed. With ALOT of back and forth as Is expected with such an expensive purchase with documents and forms phone calls etc she has been able to offer advice and help the process run smoother. GoogleI found haart estate agents (Braintree) to be friendly and efficient and helpful. They gave me good advice and i would definitely recommend using them. The service provided was better than I could have imagined this was delivered by Bryony , who was lovely , very helpful and had so much patience with me, as did the estate agent Gary . GoogleI had a leak coming from the Boiler I called Millie and she managed to get into contact with the landlord quickly and the issue was resolved within 24 hours, she also followed up just see if anything else needed to be check or repaired. Millie and the rest of Haart staff are great at management make everything stress free for you
