GoogleWorse estate agent ever,avoid at all costs. For two years we rented a damp flat with windows that wouldn’t close properly with worn away seal. These badly needed replacing. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, and we were told to leave the door open when we showered. The bedroom was damp with water pouring down the walls. Guess this was due to the windows being unfit for purpose. The energy rating of the property is F (as seen in screen shot below). This is illegal. We had our car hit by drug dealers as apparently the road is renowned for drug runs. We handed the keys back to haart after the tenancy, and Millie lost the keys, leaving a two day gap between us leaving and the property being inspected. We have voicemail messages to prove this. We put in numerous camplaints to haart about the property, and these were all ignored. Staff at haart would actively avoid my phone calls. Maybe my next step is to contact the council about the flat being illegally let.
Hello, We have noted you have left multiple reviews under different accounts not named on the Tenancy, however we have responded again for you below. I am sorry to hear that you feel our services have been worthy of a 1 star review, this is not the usual feedback we are used to hearing. However I have reviewed the Tenancy and can see that the 'water pouring down the wall' was never reported to us at haart, nor were the issues with the windows. We can only act on repairs that are reported to our Property Management team. These problems were not picked up until we completed our Check Out report. It is the Tenants contractual duty to report such problems at the Property which was not followed. All damages will be sought from the Tenants deposit in these circumstances. I can also confirm we have the keys to the Property these have not been lost so I am unsure where you got this information from. With regards to your claims about the EPC rating being an F, this is incorrect the report meets the minimum standard of an E. We do kindly ask you refrain from leaving incorrect reviews as we would always prefer to resolve any issues raised with us directly. Many thanks haart Lettings Braintree

GoogleI'm leaving this review on behalf of my mother-in-law, who has recently sold her property through haart Braintree. A few weeks ago, she called me for some support in selling her home and moving closer to us. I was put in touch with Gary, and went along to his appointment with my mother-in-law. From the very moment he arrived, he did an absolutely brilliant job of putting her at ease and removing so much of the stress she was feeling. Her home went onto the market the following Tuesday, a viewing was set up for the Friday, and on the Saturday she called me to say that she’d accepted an offer for full asking price! The turn-around has been just incredible to see, and she was very quickly able to place on offer (which was accepted!) on a beautiful property that she loves and is very excited about. Without Gary’s support and guidance, even the very beginning of this process could have been so much more stressful and complicated than it needed to be, let alone the result he produced in just four days from going to market. Thank you so much!
