I recently bought a house on the Croudace Willowbrook Park site in Didcot. The sales team were great throughout the process and always happy to answer questions. Since moving in I've had minor snagging issues (as expected with a new build property) which have all been dealt with quickly and professionally.

Bought a new home at The Grange, Tetsworth, Oxfordshire. Good sales team, good on site care, poor after care, appliance quality cheap, finishing detail very poor (lots of mastic) esp door and window fixtures, house poorly insulated, surrounding area not been addressed, difficult to obtain actions from Croudace

Excellent quality of development in terms of individual house, arrangement of houses and environment. Excellent also in their sales team and aftercare service. As example, my neighbour asked the developer for help concerning the damage of roof after storm. The developer fixed it without further arguments. Developer, house and staff are marvellous.
