TrustpilotVery happy
We have been in our croudace new build since may 2022. Croudace have always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues (we had a blocked drain caused by us) which they fixed free of charge and quickly. Sales office staff were always patient and helpful. All around a good experience.

TrustpilotLadies at Aspley guise
I popped to the sales office at Aspley guise and the ladies there were extremely lovely and helpful. Really knew what they were talking about and no question was too small or stupid.

TrustpilotCroudace snagging
Both Kevin and Gary couldn't have been more helpful on the numerous occasions they've been out to fix our snagging issues. Always a pleasure to see them, and nothing is too much trouble.

TrustpilotFantastic Experience and a Beautiful Home
My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Croudace Homes. Our new home is amazing, the development is in a great location and everyone went out of their way to assist us with the whole process. I would highly recommend Croudace Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.

TrustpilotEverything done pretty well!
- Good quality appliances, fixtures and fittings in the home compared to other new builds. Thoughtful features and layout.- Friendly, accommodating and efficient sales staff and solicitor- Generous garden size and soil quality with minimal builders' rubble. - After-sales care and response to snagging still TBD, but promising thus far. -

TrustpilotSupplier feedback
As a longtime supplier to Croudace Homes perhaps feedback on how they are as a client might be insightful. Credit where due - they are always professional; polite; quick to respond and from a business point of view sharp on settling their account. If only all clients were as good.

TrustpilotBEWARE
BEWARE! Croudace Homes use unscrupulous tactics when it comes to selling. My Son has had an horrendous experience with them. A first time buyer, using Help to Buy, his purchase was pulled on the day of exchange with no explanation, no apology. Absolutely disgusting service - they do not care about their customers in the slightest. Use these developers at your peril!!!

TrustpilotAbsolute quality service.
Suzie and Marta helped me buy my property at Hermitage park, and from the beginning they were fantastic. Their communication, advice and availability was fantastic. Michelle at the customer care team has also been amazing. A great experience :)

TrustpilotPeople First
I visited the Croudace Head offices back in March 2023 and was immediately greeted by a lovely lady at reception who was full of gratitude to work for Croudace Homes. After a constructive discussion with senior management and directors it was apparent that this is a business that puts people before anything else, well done.

TrustpilotApartment Bliss at Willowbrook Park!
As a slightly nervous first time buyer, I was so pleased with my whole experience from reservation through to completion. All the ladies in the sales suite were so kind and helpful, and also Rachel gave such a welcoming and friendly demo.Would definitely recommend this builder!!

TrustpilotGreat company to work with
Great company to work with. Refreshing way to build homes as they believe in getting it right. If not, tear down and start again. If I buy a new build, I will buy a Croudace new build

TrustpilotAwful
I hope Croudace are better to their customers than they are to their neighbours. Living behind one of their sites and having property damaged along with lack of consultation re boundaries (as promised in planning application!) is a nightmare. they will not engage and address the problems. This experience would deter me from ever buying one of their new homes.

TrustpilotGreat Experience
Can't fault the team at Hertford! Both Nikki and Sarah are a delight and nothing was ever too much. Croudace homes in general have made the whole experience great and I couldn't recommend them enough :)

TrustpilotCurrently purchasing
We are currently purchasing our third family home with Croudace, and are so pleased with the quality of the houses and the professional and friendly help of the girls in the sales office, who always go out of their way to ensure our purchase runs smoothly, thank you!

TrustpilotThe house was supposed to be airtight
The house was supposed to be airtight, what a joke just take a socket off the wall and there is a force 8 gale coming from gap between plasterboard and brick wall. Spoke to them and they just quoted the house was built to airtight spec. Rubbish whatever the epic rating reduce it by two!!

We were really tight with the time, as we needed to move because a new job. They promised 6 weeks for exchange of contracts and helped me to progress with finance broker and solicitors. It has been hard times, but they were supporting me all time.

TrustpilotHappy first-time buyers!
Steve & Ana in the sales team were fantastic from day one and have been incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying our house. The on-site team were also very supportive in answering any questions we had about the build of the house. Excellent service - would highly recommend!
