GoogleAwful estate agent to deal with. They are happy to sell a property to you. They then won't start the process with solicitors and make you wait 5 weeks while the person who is selling looks for somewhere to move to. Once they found somewhere to move to everything is a go and then when my situation changed through no fault of our own they then pretend to have an interest and keep you up to date to then put the property back on the market and sell to someone else with no prior notice until the property has sold again. No notification that the property was for sale again and no communication to check on our position and whether we could still offer etc. Awful company.

From the moment I met Gavin, he insured me that he & his team would have my best interests at all times as I was very sceptical about the rental process after hearing horror stories of non-paying tenants and the condition on how my property would be kept. Branocs didn’t disappoint. Having found a tenant within days of marketing, Branocs ensured my property met all legalities and the tenant was throughly vetted before they moved in. Almost harrassed us in the beginning of our purchase and then didnt bother to reply to emails once a sale was agreed.
Definitely made the whole process more stressful than necessary and unfortunately now would go elsewhere should we ever sell up!

GoogleUseless. Arranged a viewing for a property FOR SALE, only for the viewing to be cancelled due to the property allegedly being LET.
Turns out that the property was never to let but in fact, sold the day we were due our viewing. Let's hope the poor person selling wasn't strong armed in to accepting an offer before they knew what ours would be!
Certainly won't be looking to buy a property marketed by these charlitans as we don't want to contribute to lining their pockets.

No, apparently Gavin had to spend his day going through online emails. Then called back and very politely explained our situation to Ollie, that we’re always told people will call back and they don’t. No phone back from either of them too and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. Just outright rude and unprofessional. Won’t bother again who knew it was so difficult to get a response
